A high-growth New York organization is hiring a Chief Financial Officer as its senior-most finance executive. Reports to the CEO and partners with the board on strategy, capital structure, and growth. Leads the entire finance organization.

What you'll own

- Financial strategy, capital allocation, and capital structure - Finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, and tax across the organization - Fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting - Long-range planning, forecasting, and operating performance - M&A evaluation, diligence, and integration - Building, scaling, and developing the finance leadership team

What we're looking for

- 15+ years of finance leadership, including CFO or VP Finance roles - CPA and/or MBA - Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting - Track record scaling finance in high-growth companies - Strong M&A and capital-markets exposure - Executive presence and a strategic, hands-on operating style
