A high-growth Boston organization is hiring a Chief Operating Officer to own day-to-day operations and execution. Reports to the CEO and partners with the leadership team on scaling the business, operational performance, and organizational design.

What you'll own

- Day-to-day operations and execution across the business - Operational strategy, planning, and performance management - Scaling teams, processes, and systems for growth - Cross-functional alignment across sales, finance, and delivery - Org design, hiring, and leadership development - KPIs, operating cadence, and board-level reporting

What we're looking for

- 12+ years of progressive operations leadership, including COO/VP Ops - Proven track record scaling a high-growth organization - Strong financial and operational acumen - Experience building teams, processes, and operating systems - Executive presence and strong cross-functional leadership - MBA an asset

Compensation & benefits
