Lead FP&A, reporting, and finance operations for a growing Dallas organization. Reports to the CFO.

A growing Dallas organization is hiring a Director of Finance to lead FP&A, reporting, and finance operations. Reports to the CFO and partners with business leaders on planning, performance, and decision support.

What you'll own

- FP&A, financial reporting, and finance operations - Annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning - Management and board reporting packages - Business partnering on performance and capital decisions - Finance process, systems, and controls improvement - Leading and developing the finance team

What we're looking for

- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership - Strong FP&A, modeling, and reporting background - CPA and/or MBA preferred - Experience partnering with business and executive leaders - Advanced systems and analytical skills - Excellent communication and leadership

Compensation & benefits

- $150,000 - $175,000 + bonus - Medical, dental, and vision - 401(k) with matching - Hybrid schedule
