Lead the HR function — talent, employee relations, total rewards, and culture — for a Florida-based organization.

A Florida-based organization is hiring a Director of Human Resources to lead its people function. Reports to the COO/President and owns HR strategy and operations across talent, employee relations, total rewards, and culture.

What you'll own

- HR strategy and operations across the organization - Full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning - Employee relations, investigations, and performance management - Total rewards: compensation, benefits, and recognition programs - HR compliance, policy, and HRIS ownership - Building, developing, and leading the HR team

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership - Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment law - Proven experience building HR programs and teams - Strong employee-relations and business-partnering skills - Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on - SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred

Compensation & benefits

- $130,000 - $150,000 - Annual bonus - Medical, dental, and vision - 401(k) with matching - On-site

• Manage employee relations, investigations, and performance management

• Ensure HR compliance and own policy and HRIS
• Build, develop, and lead the HR team
