Own accounting operations, reporting, and analysis for an established organization in Western New York.

An established Western New York organization is hiring a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, reporting, and analysis. Reports to the Controller / VP Finance.

What you'll be doing

- Manage month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations - Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting - Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis - Oversee AP/AR, billing, and cash management - Maintain internal controls and support the annual audit - Supervise and develop a small accounting team

What we're looking for

- 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience - Strong US GAAP and financial-reporting knowledge - Experience managing month-end close and a small team - Advanced Excel; ERP experience (e.g., NetSuite, Sage, Dynamics) - Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven - CPA preferred

Compensation & benefits
