Partner with business leaders on employee relations, talent, and HR strategy across a Manitoba operation.

A Manitoba operation is adding an HR Business Partner to support its leaders and employees. Reports to the HR Manager and acts as the trusted, day-to-day HR partner across employee relations, talent, performance, and engagement.

What you'll be doing

- Advise people leaders on employee relations, performance, and engagement - Support full-cycle talent: recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning - Coach managers through performance management and progressive discipline - Run HR programs (reviews, engagement, recognition) and communications - Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment standards - Partner on HR projects and continuous-improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

- 5+ years as an HRBP or HR generalist with leadership-facing experience - Working knowledge of Canadian employment legislation - Strong employee-relations and coaching skills - Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities - Discreet and professional with sensitive information - CPHR designation (or working toward it) an asset

Compensation & benefits

- $80,000 - $95,000 CAD - Health and dental benefits - RRSP matching - Paid time off - On-site, Monday to Friday
