Lead the HR function — talent, employee relations, and total rewards — for a growing Denver organization. Reports to the President.

A growing Denver organization is hiring an HR Director to lead its people function. Reports to the President and owns HR strategy and operations across talent, employee relations, total rewards, and culture.

What you'll own

- HR strategy and operations across the organization - Talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning - Employee relations, performance, and organizational design - Total rewards: compensation, benefits, and recognition - HR compliance, policy, and HRIS ownership - Building, developing, and leading the HR team

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership - Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment law - Proven experience building HR programs and teams - Strong employee-relations and business-partnering skills - Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on - SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR preferred

Compensation & benefits

- $130,000 - $155,000 - Annual bonus - Medical, dental, and vision - 401(k) with matching - Onsite
