Senior finance leadership seat owning FP&A, accounting, and strategic finance for a scaling Pacific Northwest company.

A scaling Pacific Northwest company is hiring a VP of Finance to lead FP&A, accounting, and strategic finance. Reports to the CFO and partners with the executive team on planning, performance, and capital allocation.

What you'll own

- FP&A, financial reporting, and strategic finance across the business - Annual planning, forecasting, and long-range financial modeling - Partnering with the executive team on capital allocation and growth - Scalable finance processes, systems, and controls - Board and investor reporting in partnership with the CFO - Leading and developing the finance and accounting team

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience - CPA and/or MBA preferred - Strong FP&A, modeling, and strategic-finance background - Experience scaling finance functions in growth environments - Excellent business partnering and communication skills - Comfortable operating with both detail and executive altitude

Compensation & benefits
