A high-growth New York organization is hiring a VP, Human Resources to lead the people function. Reports to the CEO and partners with the executive team on talent, employee experience, total rewards, and culture.
What you'll own
- People strategy across talent, employee experience, and total rewards - Talent acquisition, leadership development, and succession planning - Employee relations, performance, and organizational design - Compensation, benefits, and equity program strategy - HR compliance, HRIS, and people analytics - Building, scaling, and leading the HR/people team
What we're looking for
- 12+ years of HR leadership, including VP/Director-level roles - Strong knowledge of US employment law and total rewards - Experience scaling people functions in high-growth environments - Proven org-design, talent, and culture-building track record - Executive presence and strong business partnering - SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred
Compensation & benefits
- $190,000 - $230,000 + bonus - Equity participation - Full medical, dental, and vision - 401(k) with matching - Hybrid schedule
